We went on Sunday 5ish, fortunate there was no queue. Seats are extremely limited inside. You can see the chefs prepare everything in front of you. Great dining experience. The pork sukiyaki were delightful. Definitely recommended.

There are only two items on menu essentially. Beef or Pork Sukiyaki. They will cook for you. Taste pretty good and very value for money. Do go there on the dot they are opened at 11:30am. If not you will have to queue as seating inside is extremely limited.

We went at a non-peak hour (6pm) before the dinner crowd came rushing in. The staff were very attentive and the place was well-lit. I must comment that the friendly chef cooking our ingredients in a small pot in front of us was a spectacle similar to that of the Haidilao noodle maker. However, the food was so-so and nothing special in terms of taste, but still proved a price-friendly option for the area it's situated in.

Visited this place a number of times over the last few years. First visit - food was good for its value, added to list of to-go places. After that - normal and satisfying. Most recent visit in Nov 2023 - standard seemed to have dropped. Rice and ingredients were not hot enough, US beef was hard to chew on (medium cooked), and overall sukiyaki taste was just not as impressive as previous visits. Kinda disappointing as I liked this place but would not be visiting again now :( Update: Saw others commenting on the hardness of beef and overall experience as well, looks like it's a common opinion that the standard has dropped.
